A black-light, neon paint, fuzzy velvet poster paper, and frames can be used to create art that can be displayed near or on your home bar. When the black light is turned on, ultraviolet rays will be emitted. These rays will be absorbed by fluorescent surfaces and re-emitted, resulting in a glowing effect.

Purchase small containers of paint from a paint store. Look for fluorescent varieties that dry relatively quickly. The Application Techniques And Installation Requirements

Paint may stain surfaces. Look at the list of precautions listed on each paint product. If the paint does happen to spill onto a non-porous surface, thinner or mineral spirits can be used to remove it. Use stencils, a ruler, and photographs to assist with lining up designs and copying a particular art style that you are fond of.

Apply one coat of each color of paint and wait for each picture to dry. If any of the paint has a pale or slightly uneven surface, add more paint. Use additional art supplies, if desired.
